Louisa Mitchell MBE

Chief executive officer
Louisa Mitchell MBE is the chief executive and one of the founding team of AllChild. She led the co-design and launch of AllChild’s community-led system of support and opportunities for children and families in west London in 2015. She has since overseen its successful expansion, reaching thousands of children together with a wide range of charity partners across 60+ schools in four councils in west London and in the Wigan area of Greater Manchester. Louisa was awarded an MBE in the 2024 New Year Honours List in recognition of her services to children and young people.

Joe Prendiville

Chief development officer
Having previously led delivery for West London Zone, Joe has been in charge of our development function since 2021. He has extensive experience of managing and delivering education programmes to disadvantaged and marginalised people. He worked in senior leadership at a youth charity in East London for five years through a period of significant organisational growth, leading their education and training programmes. Most recently he worked as Principal of their Alternative Provision Free School.

Andrew Oliva-Hauxwell

Chief delivery and impact officer
Andrew spent 10 years working at the education charity Teach First where he served as an Executive Director leading the country's largest graduate programme placing new teachers into schools serving disadvantaged communities. Andrew's first role at Teach First was leading the organisation's delivery team ensuring the approx 2500 trainee teachers in over 1000 schools had an excellent experience on the programme as well as schools seeing the impact of the programme. Prior to this Andrew worked as a Senior Director at Microsoft for 15 years. He also serves as a Family Magistrate in West London.

Esiri Lawrence

People and culture partner
Esiri joined us in 2022 to lead our people and culture function. Her passion for working with children stemmed from teaching English Literature to secondary-school students for a year after graduating from university. She has more than 10 years' experience leading and refining people management in the education sector. She has a passion for building and sustaining a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as employment law.
